Each trial box contains 10 x 1oz drink shots designed by UCLA-trained neuroscientists to help you power past stress, overcome mental blocks, and boost mental output.
You have 14 days from purchasing your trial to try all of our Drinks formulas. You won't get charged before the 14 days are over. If you choose to stay enrolled, you’ll have the option to customize your next box or receive our most popular box of 20 variety drinks sent every 30 days (just $75/month). Cancel, pause or adjust your subscription anytime. Trial is only available to customers in the United States.
Can't login or forgot your password?
Go to your Account Page and click Forgot Password. Type in the email address used to place your TruBrain orders, and click the ‘submit email’ button. Only click ‘submit email’ once, and make sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folder!
You’ll receive a password reset email within the next few minutes.
The password reset link will expire after 24 hours, and your password needs to be at least 8 characters long.
If no account was created when you placed an order, then you may see a "No Account Found" warning. If that is the case, please reach out to team@trubrain.com for more help.

Does TruBrain follow FDA required Good Manufacturing Practices?
TruBrain is manufactured in an FDA-certified facility that adheres to the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and uses Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs), ensuring its safety. The company maintains counsel with the recognized leading law firm in food and beverage, to manage our compliance relationship with various federal agencies, including the FDA, the FTC, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the USDA and EPA. We obtain guidance on compliance related to the formulation, manufacturing, processing, labeling, packaging, advertising and distribution of our products. How many servings should I take per day?
While each product is different, we suggest taking 1-2 servings per day, with or without food.
When is the best time to take TruBrain?
While each product is different, we suggest taking TruBrain right away in the morning as part of their morning routine. TruBrain is designed to be taken at anytime throughout the day, with or without food.
For the Sleep Drinks, we suggest taking them about 30 minutes before you would like to go to sleep.
I want to take more than one TruBrain product, how will they interact with each other?
All of our products are designed to work synergistically to help you unlock what works best for your unique brain.
We encourage customers to combine multiple products to optimize their productivity. The most common combination is the Drinks for procrastination + Ketones for diet and fitness + Clockwise for long-term brain aging.
How long will it take to feel the benefits?
Noticeable benefits present themselves about 30-45 minutes after consumption. While some customers experience the benefits immediately, others may take 7-10 days for their body to grow accustomed to the nutrients.
How long will the effects last?
Noticeable benefits present themselves about 30-45 minutes after consumption and typically last throughout the day. Oftentimes, taking a second serving after 6 hours will provide a second wave of noticeable benefits.
As with vitamins or a workout routine, consistency is key. We encourage consistent usage to maintain improved cognition.
Are your products recyclable?

How does Prepay & Save work?
We offer the ability to Prepay & Save on all of our products. Customers can click the dropdown next to Prepay & Save on each product and view the Prepay options.
Save an additional 10% by prepaying for 3 months.
Save an additional 20% by prepaying for 6 months.
Save an additional 30% by prepaying for 12 months.
In order to take advantage of these discounts, customers will need to prepay in full for their preferred prepaid subscription.

What are your return and refund policies?
If you are unhappy with an order, we will do our best to make things right! Just contact us at team@trubrain.com. Here's what you need to know before getting in touch:
- All subscriptions renew every 30 days. We are always happy to process cancellations before your subscription is renewed.
- If you signed up for a trial, you will receive an email reminder two days before your trial is converted to a subscription. Please, reach out in a timely manner if you would like to cancel your subscription.
Returns
We can process a refund on your account if you ship the box back to our fulfillment center. The box must have been delivered to you within 7 days of return, unopened, and untampered with or we will be unable to process a return for you. Note: we are unable to refund any boxes that do not meet these conditions. In most cases, writing "Return to Sender" will get the box back to us just fine, but if you would like more reassurance and a firm return date we can issue you a return label for $10 which will be subtracted from your refund. For a full refund, be sure to keep these in mind:
- Packages must be unopened.
- Packages without their original shrink wrap cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Request for cancellation of subscription must be received prior to subscription renew date.
TruBrain reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with the above requirements. TruBrain also reserves the right to change Return and Refund Policy at any time.
Why is my coupon code not working?
You may have a code that is expired. We're here to help! Email us at team@trubrain.com and we'll get everything sorted out for you.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. Our Trial product ships free within the US! We also offer free shipping on all orders over $55+.
For International shipments, you will be charged the actual cost of shipping upon checkout. Please be aware that international shipping often has long shipping times of 4-6 weeks and some countries also have an import tariff in addition to the extra shipping cost. Please be aware of your local import policies and procedures, as customers will be responsible for those costs and policies.
How long do orders take to ship?
Most packages ship the same day you place your order! If your order is placed on a weekend or after standard business hours, your order might ship the next business day.
Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all around the globe. To date, TruBrain has shipped over 5.5 million drinks to 80+ countries. Please be aware that international shipping often has long shipping times of 4-6 weeks and some countries also have an import tariff in addition to the extra shipping cost. Please be aware of your local import policies and procedures, as customers will be responsible for those costs and policies.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
